His name is Alphonse, and He's a Retarded Hermit from Levis, Quebec. He's nothing better to do than call people up and frighten them.

Automated voice message in Chinese language. Probably a scam.
Left message stating that there was a warrant for an arrest - did not give name. Did not return the call
Called the number back, and someone who said they had been out of the CRA responded. I asked their name and stated I had been recording the telephone, and had been sending it to authorities. They said there had been a mistake in calling me and backtrack. Pure scam.

This phone # keeps calling and leaving me voice mails, and I don't know them. I won't to stop it. I know it is coming from Canada
my mom who is 84 received a phone call stating her grandson was in jail in California she was wanting a ride to send $ when I arrived to tell her about this phone scam. We called her grandson and he was fine. They had her so emotionally involved she almost didn't believe that I knew what I was talking about. Sargent Charles Lagdon was the callers name
My wife received a call from 514-560-2569; a crying man passing as her son told her he had gone to Escondido California to his friends funeral who had been killed by a truck. Then he said that while he was riding a taxi on his way to the airport the police had stopped it and found three bricks of marijuana in it and arrested both, the driver and him.
Since he couldn't talk because he was to distressed, he gave his cell phone to a policeman who was helping him through this ordeal. The policeman (Deputy Ronald Carter) told my wife to send $3,000.00 bond money to the police station through green dot MoneyPak to prevent her son from going to prison. Since MoneyPak doesn't allow to send more than $500.00 per card, she bought six of them; then she called "Deputy Ronald Carter" and read to him the numbers on the back of the cards which need to be scratched just like lottery tickets. This is a scam!
Called my grandparents pretending to be me and tried to get them to send money.
These **** said I was in jail and called my grandparents asking for money.
