It is not Balboa Insurance as you stated. British Columbia, Canada with a unlisted phone number and I presume they computer dialed the phone numbers.

They proposed me a package from MBNA bank to protect my identity. They asked me information about my adress and the city I was born... I stopped the conversation. Be aware.
