the call was not clear they didn't told me where they are calling from (I mean from what company or agency)
The problem I have with the McGill phonathan is that even when I asked, twice on separate occasions, that they stop calling me and send their solicitation by mail, they continued to call! I would be willing to donate, just send me the damn mail and stop calling me.

Caller left auto message saying that a lawsuit was being filed in my name and that if I did not respond I was "going to get arrested".
They are a scam. . Stating they are from CRA and stating they have you arrested. These people will need to go to prison.

Une femme femme m'a appelé deux fois pour me dire que j'avais gagné une consultation gratuite auprès d'un médium. Ça ne m'intéressait pas mais devant son insistance, j'ai consenti à l'écouter. Elle m'a même demandé ma date de naissance (j'ai donné une date au hasard) elle voulait absolument que je contacte ce soi-disant voyant au numéro 19007892626. J'ai pris en note le numéro mais ne l'ai jamais signalé. Elle a rappelé une troisième fois (une vraie mouche à ...) parce que je n'avais pas appelé. Là, je lui ai demandé de s'en prendre à un autre nigaud, j'ai rompu la communication. Je ne sais pas , ca ressemble à des tentatives de vol d'identité.

this number is attached to a consumer scam from mr sam with company called "the number you need" if they are calling you it is likely because they are trying to fraud you. report this person if you speak to them and beware!!

Received a call ten minutes ago from this number.. asked if i spoke french.. said no.. asked if anyone here did I said no.. he said alright good bye.. lol.. the way he asked if i spoke english..and if anyone here did I know he has a good command of english and figures was a telemarketer

I received an eFax from this number. I believe it to be spam.
Got a message that I received an "EFAX". Note that efaxes are sent to you as .TIF (or .TIFF) files, this was a .PIF file. The spammed message says it is a .TIF - do not believe this. DO NOT OPEN .PIF FROM SPAMMERS, OR REALLY ANYBODY. THEY CAN EXECUTE FILES AND INFECT YOUR COMPUTER WITH VIRUS!
Another scammer. these people should lose the ability to use the telephone network system.
